How we use your details
This page covers the "Join the pilot" form. It says what we keep, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Reboteo decides what happens to these details (the controller). You can reach us at hello@reboteo.com.
What we keep
Your name, email address, club name, city and country. Also your phone number and your message, if you add them.
Why
To reply to you about the pilot and plan it with your club. We don't add you to a newsletter and we don't share your details for marketing. We use them because you asked us to get in touch about the pilot, as a step before any agreement with your club.
Who handles them
The Reboteo team. Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts the site and its database, and reach us in one email sent through Cloudflare Email Service, which then sits in our team's inbox. Some of these services may handle data outside the EU, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Spam checks
To stop the form being sent again and again, we count sends per connection. For that we keep a keyed, scrambled form of your IP address until the end of the hour, never the address itself. If the form shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check, Cloudflare also sees your IP address and some browser details to tell people from bots.
How long
Up to 12 months after we last talked. If your club joins, we copy what your club's account needs and delete the request. This covers our database and the email in our inbox. For now we delete old requests from both by hand.
Your rights
Write to us to see, correct or delete your details, or to object to how we use them. A deletion covers our database and the email in our inbox. You can also complain to your data protection authority: the AEPD in Spain, the CNIL in France.
